The igniter base is marked. The webster magneto is missing the magnet loops and side caps but the brass base and rocker arms are good with no issues. The waterloo igniter is very complete and has no missing or broken parts. This will be a very good unit to rebuild. This is a nice original igniter. For your waterloo engine!
