This is a VERY hard to find set of original drop frame rails for a Hercules or Economy hit and miss gas engine cart or truck. They are 5 inch channel irons and are for the 5/7hp size engines. I believe the hole pattern is for the 7hp base but could be adapted with the plates for the 5hp engine. They are about 96 inches long and 12 inches wide. They are in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. They have surface rust but nothing major. They don’t seem to have any extra holes in them, either! These would work great to make any full base engine portable. They could also be used to convert your straight railed Hercules/Economy truck to a drop frame truck. They don’t make them any more and it’s not real easy to fabricate them, either! I can deliver for free to Coolspring, PA, Baraboo, WI, or Portland, IN, later this year.
