This engine is NOT running. It is for parts or restoration. I believe it is a 4 hp Domestic Engine on an original Domestic cart with large Domestic cast wheels. It was a Schramm air compressor originally. The hopper even has the original cap on top. Engine is not frozen. The only cracked part is the side of the head (see pic). This can be furnace welded with no problems. Look over pictures, what you see is what you get.
