This is a very hard to fine original factory cart or truck for a 6hp Fairbanks Morse Z gas engine. It would work great under most any engine from about 3-6 horsepower. It is in excellent condition as can be seen and rolls very nicely. There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. At some point in its life someone welded additional steel onto the rails and there is remnants of weld still on the edges of them but this would be easy enough to remove and blend. The original handle is in excellent condition as well. The angle iron rails are 13 3/4 inches apart at the outsides and 40 inches long. They could easily be altered in width to accommodate your engine. The wheels are 14 inches in diameter with a 3 inch face. The solid axles are about 34 inches long. I can deliver this cart for free to LeSueur, MN, Baraboo, WI, Portland, IN, or Coolspring, PA, later this year or next year. It can stay here as long as needed as long as it’s paid for. The pictures tell the story. These originals don’t turn up very often so don’t miss your chance on it. It would be a great way to finish off an authentic restoration and it will certainly make moving your engine easier!
