There is no muffler and the spark plug is cracked but still has spark, and the engine has very good compression, there is rust and paint chipping. The cart is strong and sturdy with iron wheels etc. I do not know how old the cart and engine is but it looks like its been around for awhile. Will hold for a while if you like.
