From the base to the top of the shaft it is 11 7/8″The pulley is diameter is 4 1/8″ outside, where the belt rides it is 3 3/8. The balls are 2 in diameter. The base is 3 7/8″ in diameter and the hole spacing is 3″. The holes are threaded 5/16. From the off-side of the base to the outside of the pulley is 12.
