This is an extremely hard to find original brass fuel pump for an early Fairbanks Morse N or Standard hit and miss gas engine. It has a part number cast into it that is hard to make out… It mounts with two holes 2 1/4 inches apart on center. It may fit different sizes of engines. Please measure your engine to be sure it fits your application. It measures about 6 inches tall without the plunger. The plunger moves as it should with seemingly little wear and it pumps as it should. The packing nut has some marks on it but it is the original one an could be replaced if you so choose. I can’t ever remember seeing another pump like this for sale so if you need one for your engine or just for a spare on the shelf here it is. I believe it is ready to be used on an engine.
