Emerson-Brantingham 1 1/2 hp Type-H (headless) hit & miss engine. The engine is an older restoration, probably from the 70′s. Still shows well, but the paint has some flaking/chipping (see pics). No cracks/breaks/welds/repairs that I can find on the engine except for one very small chip on the inside of the pulley (may have been a casting flaw). Includes original muffler, crankguard, starting crank, pulley, factory cart, etc. Cart has new skids. The engine last ran a couple years ago. It wasn’t on the factory cart when I bought it, and when I moved it onto the cart I didn’t set up a fuel tank. Engine has good compression, would run again with a battery/coil and a fuel tank. A very rare engine in excellent condition. To work out the details. I may be able to meet you half way within a couple hours of Frederick.
