100 plus years old. Intended for at the time small boys as an educator & experimentation. Could run small toys, coaster, wagon or even a small washing machine. The grandson had done a restoration on the engine: disassembling, cleaning, painting, new rings but never got it to run as could not figure out the ignition. I had it stored away, forgotten & decided to list here for you. The engine has good compression & should run with a little tinkering with the ignition. There is an extra ignition coil. The engine has a custom fitted storage trunk. It will come with all the things you see in the pictures; engine, trunk, engine plate with Robert J. Montgomery name, two coils, hand crank, optional belt driven water pump, Roberts obituary, picture before & during restoration. Lots of history with this rare find.
