Very old hit miss engine. It’s small mounted on a wood cleat. It’s free but I have no idea how complete it is. Note no open water hopper, just an inlet and outlet tube. I called Wendel the guy that wrote the gas engine books and he said he never saw one like this. Could it be a salesman sample. Check out the photos for condition.
