This is a Novo 3 hp hit and miss engine came out of a local barn early last year. Have never tied to start the engine Engine. The engine is dirty greasy in as found condition. The engine has awesome compression and looks 100% complete. The engine has two flat belt pulleys one small one inside the fly wheel and another larger one out side the wheel.
