Old Sattley hit & miss gas engine. Your getting it in as found condition. I bought it a couple of years ago just the way you see it & it did fire up back then but didn’t want to stay running long. Never looked into it any further. I see a repair on the head. Gears don’t look worn out. Nice starter engine for the enthusiast or make a good addition for the collector looking for something a little different.
