Here is an old and real original vertical Maytag air cooled hit and miss gas engine. It is in decent original condition with some original paint as can be seen. The flywheel and hub is in good shape and not cracked or broken like many of them. It turns over nicely and has excellent compression. There are a few chipped cooling fins, repairs on two of the main bearing ears, and a broken mounting hole but these are all common for these engines. With a little elbow grease this would make a real nice show engine. I can deliver for free (or a cold beverage) to Baraboo,, WI, Portland, IN, or Coolspring, PA, later this year.
