This is a brand NEW ACME tag copied from an original engine tag. THIS IS AN ETCHED TAG AND HAS DEPTH. IT IS NOT A PRINTED TAG. Made from 0.032 thick sheet brass. I use a process very similar to the way the original tags were made. You will be hard pressed to tell the difference in my tags and an original. This tag is ready to stamp with your engines’ specific information. Mounting holes are not drilled but they are clearly marked by the etching process. Depth of etch for this particular tag = 0.0045. (Typically original tags were etched to 0.004″ – 0.005″). This tag will fit engines with mounting holes center to center distance = 2.750.
