Vintage Maytag Hit Miss Engine 72D. Condition is not running. Complete condition, turns over nicely but it won’t start. Everything moves and turns freely. There is a repair to the kick start arm see pictures. The kick start arm was welded just above the bolts. And the part of the motor that connects to the arm is chipped.
