Antique Bosch BA1 ED-21 V3 Magneto Motorcycle Hit Miss Engine Parts Single

Nice old vintage magneto. I do not know exactly what this magneto fits. This magneto does turn over and with the very poor looking and crusty plug wire this mag does still manages to produce a very little spark, the spark is definitely inconsistent and is poor however. This magneto will need completely gone through and rebuilt I imagine for the absolute best potential! Please see all pictures for the absolute best description!

This is a rather hard to find original cast iron magneto retard weight for a Fairbanks Morse Z engine. I believe it fits the 3 and 6hp Z engines but may fit others as well. It is part number ZBA339B.

AMERICAN BOSCH FB2 Magneto Hit Miss Engine Garden Tractor Lawn Mower Motor HOT

Very hard to find original American Bosch FB2 two-cylinder rotary magneto. It is as found from an old collector’s estate and in usable condition for its age. It mounts on a 1 11/16 x 2 3/16 hole pattern and the threads are in great shape. It also has a larger mounting platform that one side has been removed by a previous owner. It is clockwise rotation and turns smoothly with no noticeable wear in the bearings. It has good magnetic pull and put out a nice, hot spark on both original leadouts that is sure to run an engine if set up properly. Everything inside the points cover looks to be in nice shape. It has a pinned coupler and the impulse seems to work as it should. These magnetos are pretty tough to find so if you need one don’t miss out on this one. The pictures tell the story. It would also make a great spare on the shelf.

BOSCH Type AB33 ED-1 High Tension Magneto. Bosch Type AB33 ED-1 high tension magneto for spark plug engine. Pot metal body in good condition. Flip type mag with spring. Bench tested – HOT. 4 hole mounting 1 5/8″ x 2 1/4″. The trip arm has been repaired – see photos. I apologize for any inconvenience. Please feel free to call me with questions. My parts inventory has grown out of control, so set a reminder to check back frequently for new listings! If you don’t see a part you need listed, good chance I just haven’t gotten around to it yet, so just check with me. Like I said, I have been doing this a long time and try to list everything accurately and to provide a detailed explanation of the item, both good and the bad. Very hard to find original American Bosch U1 single-cylinder rotary magneto. It is as found from an old collector’s estate and in usable condition for its age. It mounts on a 2 inch square hole pattern and the threads are in great shape. It is clockwise rotation and turns smoothly with no noticeable wear in the bearings. It has good magnetic pull and put out a nice, hot spark that is sure to run an engine if set up properly. Everything inside the points cover looks to be in nice shape. It has some deterioration on the base and also a small crack on each side as I’ve pointed out in the photos. This doesn’t seem to affect its performance and would be easy to remedy with your method of choice. These magnetos are pretty tough to find so if you need one don’t miss out on this one. The pictures tell the story. It would also make a great spare on the shelf.

Please see pictures for the absolute best description! As you can see at one point and time someone has converted this magneto from gear drive to a “trip” mechanism. With the mag sitting on my bench and giving it a trip and holding the plug wire to the edge of my bench it does give off a nice little blue spark. I do know though this shouldn’t take much work if any to bring it back up to the condition it left the factory in almost 100 years ago now. Mounting holes are solid. Very unique heavy duty built mag!
