This is a very handy old original Clipper bench top flat belt lacer. It is in excellent used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of. Everything functions as it should except that it could use a spring between the handles in place of the wire that I put on it to hold them up when not in use. It can lace belts 6 inches wide as is or wider if you do multiple positions. It uses standard Clipper type lacing which is readily available from some of the larger industrial supply houses. It has a homemade lineup pin as can be seen but it works just fine. These lacers are indispensable tools if you do anything with flat belting and the Clipper lacing is so much nicer than the Alligator style!
