Valves look and feel good, they have a small amount of normal wear. The raised center is just under 3-1/4 in diameter. The mounting holes are 3-1/16″ x 3-1/16″ on center. The carb mounting hole is 1-1/4. The exhaust is 1 pipe, I cleaned it up a little with a tap, a pipe will screw in just fine. Thanks for looking at this listing!
