This is an older restoration of a 2 cylinder LeRoi hopper cooled gas engine. Last run 10+ years ago. Gas tank and carb are clean. Mag has spark but because of my age I just can’t crank this fast enough to get it running. May need a little tinkering. I would class this as near to running condition. Here is a pretty decent old 2-Cylinder Leroi power unit. This style engine was possibly used in some of the earlier smaller tractors. On the original skids with the original old style radiator. Engine turns over as it should. Radiator looks pretty good other than one hole that may or may not need attention. Extensive weld repair on crankcase many moons ago that looks to have survived quite well. The manifold and original muffler look to be in good shape.
