What you see is what you get. If you are good at soldering you can put a new bottom on it and have a nice tank. Take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. For questions 419 789 1159. About 11 diameter at the top. 3-1/16 tall not counting the filler necks. Will need repaired before use. Most items will go out faster though. I have many good parts and pieces I will be listing in the next few months. I try to do a very good job of listing everything I sell in a very accurate manner to explain all the good and bad points with the pictures and in the description. So if someone doesn’t pay I will ban them from my listings and also tell all my friends who also sell engine parts on here who to watch out for. If you haven’t caught on this is supposed to be mildly funny but yet serious at the same time. If you decide you don’t want it or find another one cheaper you I won’t take it back. Here is a original igniter for a Associated or United engine. Its a little loose and will probably will need rebuilt but you might get it to work as is. It will probably need new springs and the trip part is a little chipped under the spring, that shouldn’t hurt it at all though. Check out the pictures and see if it something you need! Here is a original igniter for a Associated or United engine. It needs mica, I think it just has steel washers in place of the mice currently. The bolt for the clamp needs to be replaced with one that has a smaller head, it currently interferes with the post as it is. Check out the pictures and see if it something you need! Here is a Sumter Jr magneto. Its stuck and needs some work! The base is pretty much destroyed but those are available as reproductions. The armature looks good from what I can see. Please take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. SPECIAL NOTE: This is a low tension magneto, it is meant to work with an igniter and will not produce at spark that will jump an air gap. It will not work with a spark plug. The spark it produces can be observed by rubbing a wire from the terminal against the case of the mag while turning the shaft. It does have to be timed to the engine. 3/8 shaft for gear mounting. The mounting holes have nice threads lol. Will need new base. For questions 419 789 1159. I think I list items very accurately but my opinion on condition may differ from yours. In my opinion this is a great magneto. If you have any questions about how to use it on your engine please ask. Hello All and thanks for stopping by. Up for sale/offers here is a model hit and miss engine. It appears that this engine is cast all in brass and a lot of work went into this little beauty. Flywheels are about 5 and 1/4 inches in diameter. He finally got to this one and after a lot of tinkering, he has it running. He converted this little engine to propane as camp fuel was very tricky to find the right mix he said. Engine starts and runs, but it could use even more tinkering to make it better. It needs “refining” as my dad says. We both feel it would be better off in a home where it will be appreciated. Engine looks to be high quality.
