Please see pictures for the absolute best description, any issues I see I will do my best to get the best pictures submitted. The balls are 2 in diameter. The bottom mounting holes measure 2″x 2″ as well. Governor is incomplete and what is there appears to have a good amount of wear and shows years of abuse.
