Old 2 HP Stover Model Y Hit & Miss Engine – not as common. OK compression, hasn’t run in a number of years. Has the large flywheels, nice slow running engine. Has some wear and will need some tinkering / fixin. Head has “economy saver” rod that locks out intake so both valves or locked out during free spin, just needs piece, runs without. Original splash guard which is somewhat rare on these engines. Nice original webster magneto. Small dolley not included, for display purposes. Old 3-1/2 HP Economy “Slant Cap” Model F Hit & Miss Engine – not often seen. Great compression, Runs very good, starts of the magneto. Has the large flywheels, nice slow running engine, has the intake lockout for slow quite running 450 MAX Rpm, runs at about 180 I think. Has Slanted forward main cap bearings. Not often seen 3 HP model F, very enjoyable engine. Has very nice HOT Webster Triple bar Magneto. Nice Factory Bolt on pulley – all this things add value. Old style 4 HP Stover Model T Hit & Miss Engine. Don’t know much about this engine, was bought a few years ago and never had time to really look at it. I have the original brass engine tag, will include pictures / video soon. I believe these engines were re-rated to 6 HP, they are about the size of a 5 or 6 HP. Needs new babbit on connecting rod, and cap on fuel pump, and some other misc things. Has old repair on head and ignitor trip block, see pictures, they seem to be done well enough. Has 3 original notch cut piston rings, I have brand new rings for back up. Cylinder is in real good shape. We can deliver the engine up to 300 Miles with compensation.
