Very nice antique 2 Pickering fly ball governor in good condition with no visible damage. The drive pulley is not on the gear and we don’t have it. There is no indication that anything is seized and for a 1907 part, I have to say it is in very good condition. I included plenty of pictures so that you may make that determination.
