Nice running 1.5h. John Deere hit miss engine. Bought it to restore which I’ve done for the most part except paint. This engine has very nice original paint for its age. There are a few issues the skids are original but are getting old and have a few broken spots but could be used as good patterns of leave them for now, also the flywheel spacer is cracked and has a wire around it but isn’t effecting the engine at all. Here is a list of the parts I replaced in the engine : valves, rings, rod bearing, rod pin bushing, fuel line, fuel check valve, new plastic fuel tank, brushes in mag, mag wire, and ALL the springs except choke door spring which I have.
