This is an old 3hp International Harvester Type M gas engine. It has been in a collection for many years. It will need a full restoration and is missing some parts as you can see. The head has a repair on the rocker stand. The flywheels move but the engine is very dry and stiff. The mixer needles both turn. It would be a pretty straightforward project and M parts are quite readily available. If you need a winter project here one is.
