This is a real nice old and original hand operated fuel, gas, water, or oil pump. If you know the original application please educate me! It is in excellent original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It stands about 9 inches tall. There is very little noticeable wear anywhere on it and everything works as it should. It mounts with two holes 2 1/4 inches apart on center. I believe it is ready to be used or put on your shelf for a spare or conversation piece. It will likely be a long time before another one turns up so don’t miss it.
