Engine has Good compression, and spins very smoothly – the flywheels will bounce back and forth after it stops from the compression. Original IHC Magneto in very nice condition – Hot. Original Factory Pulley with v-belt pulley. Fuel tank holds gas and seems to be working fine. I sprayed it down with WD-40 to clean off dust, cobwebs and to be able to look them over. It won’t be all wet & shiny when it arrives. I Think the check valve in the fuel chamber may need to be cleaned, the throttle was surging once in a while, either that or a leak in the fuel line or somewhere – MAY NEED FUEL LINE / CARBURETOR REPAIR.
