This is a VERY hard to find original Schebler 1 3/8 carburetor for an old marine engine, hit and miss type engine, or other application. It is mostly brass and is fresh from an old collectors estate and seems to be in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of. Everything moves as it should. The throttle shaft has very little noticeable wear. It mounts with two holes 2 1/16 inches apart on center. The intake hole is 1 1/4 inch in diameter and the hole where it mounts is 1 3/8 inches in diameter. It sounds like the original cork float is inside. These original Schebler carburetors are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you’ve been looking for one for an authentic restoration here’s a really nice one.
