Exact item shown, serial # 648023 Webster Tri-Polar Oscillator (magneto) for a very early hit and miss engine. From a collector, I don’t know what specific engine it came from. Seems to be in good condition, but I didn’t test it, I cleaned it up enough that I could read what it was. I haven’t found any information on one of these with three magnets, most have one or two.
