Got it to start once with a shot of starting fluid and using a ratchet because there is no crank. Will need servicing to operate and start properly. Skid it is bolted to is home made from 2×4 and arms are broken. Missing water drain petcock at bottom of head and muffler. Not sure if any other issues.
