Here is a very nice antique SANDWICH hit and miss engine. This is badged as a 2.5HP, 500 rpm with serial number A19618. There is a speed control on the governor. The rocker has a weld on it from a long time ago. The flywheels are about 17″ in diameter by 13/16″ wide. The engine has a lot of compression and is fired by a WICO mag. It runs very well. These engines are known to be heavy duty and of good quality. They are much sought after Haish designed engines and are pretty scarce around here.
