This is a very hard to find original Kingston L3 brass carburetor for an early farm tractor, power unit, car, or truck. It may also have other applications so please do your homework to be sure it fits your application. It is mostly brass and is fresh from an old collectors estate and seems to be in good, used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of. Everything moves as it should. The throttle shaft and the choke shaft have only very slight wear. It looks like the throttle plate and screws are new. It mounts with two holes 2 1/2 inches apart on center. The mounting holes have been elongated a bit but this won’t affect anything. The intake hole is 1 3/8 inches in diameter and the hole where it mounts is 1 3/16 inches in diameter. The fuel needle moves as it should. The float looks like brand new and is in excellent condition. These original Kingston L3 carburetors are exceedingly tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you’ve been looking for one for an authentic restoration here’s a very nice one.
