Here we have a made-from-scratch model engine made from blueprints from J. Palmer of Campbell, CA. The gentleman I bought it from said he had it running, but the carb he made out of a valve is fussy, it would be easy to adapt another mixer to this. It looks like he used 14 1/2 flywheels from a Reid model engine, which look good on it. This comes with the complete set of blueprints that were used to make it.
