This is an original cylinder head with valves for a 3hp Fairbanks Morse Z gas engine. It mounts with four holes on a 4 1/4 square pattern and is correct for the spark plug fired 3hp engines. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. It has the original valves, springs, and keepers as can be seen. The valves move as they should and other than some minor cleaning this head should be ready to be used on an engine. The pictures tell the story. These original unbroken, unrepaired cylinder heads are quite tough to find so if you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one. It would also make a great spare on the shelf.
