Here is original cylinder for a 3hp Fairbanks Morse T vertical gas engine. It has an old brass or copper patch on it that looks great and has probably been on there for 100 years. The cylinder walls look really nice. The inside of the water jacket looks clean. There is a stud broken off that hold on the igniter but that should be easy to remove.
