For your consideration is an original Bluffton or Ideal Lawn Mower Engine Exhaust Rocker Arm. This came off of an engine with 10 inch flywheels. There doesn’t appear to be any cracks breaks or welds, the roller turns, the adjuster for the valve clearance has a dimple in it, I haven’t tried moving it. The pivot pin is included. It’s about 5-3/8 from the center pivot pin to the center of the roller pin. It’s about 6-7/16 from the center of the adjuster bolt to the center pivot pin. It has J83 cast into the top of the arm.
