This is a very nice original Nathan Handy #4 1 pint size hydrostatic oiler for and old steam engine. It is in as found very nice condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. It appears to be complete with all of the original knobs and valves and retains most of its original nickel plating. Other than a little cleaning this should be a usable oiler and has very nice original patina. It stands about 11 1/2 inches tall and has 1/2 npt threads on the bottom. These old hydrostatic lubricators are getting tougher to find in the wild or even at swap meets with each passing year so if you’ve been looking for one for an authentic restoration here’s a very nice one.
