This is an original cylinder head with valves for a 2 1/2 and 3hp Hercules EK throttle-governed gas engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of. It is about 6 3/4″ in diameter and mount with holes about 3 1/8 to 3 3/16″ apart on center. It has the original valves, springs, and keepers as can be seen and everything moves as it should. It seems to have very little wear and even has some original paint on it yet. This head should be ready to be used on an engine. The pictures tell the story. These original unbroken, unrepaired cylinder heads are exceedingly tough to find so if you’ve been looking for one don’t miss your chance on this one. It would also make a great spare on the shelf.
