Here is an original bolt on 12 Clutch Pulley for a 2-1/2hp to 12hp Hercules, Economy, or Jeager engine. It is in excellent original condition. It is also the most desirable and best working style of clutch out of the different ones made. It will engage and disengage just fine but the main part of it is stuck. It might just need a little time with penetrating fluid or it may need a small amount of heat. The good thing is that if its stuck it is also probably really tight without much wear.
