Brass #6 Cylinder Oiler for Hit Miss Engine. Oiler is in good condition and ready to use. Has vent tube and check ball. 9 tall tip to tip. 3 1/2″ diameter x 4 1/8″ tall. Very hard oiler to come by. This is a nice original American Bosch MJK 2-cylinder flange mount magneto for an old Caterpillar crawler tractor pony starting engine. It is a model 4/2 180 version so please do your homework to be sure it will work for you. It is in solid condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of other than a crack in the cap which looks like it could work the way it is or likely be repaired. It is a left-hand or counterclockwise magneto as noted by the arrow on the top of the housing. It turns over smoothly with no noticeable bearing wear and has very good magnetic pull. It puts out a hot, fat, blue spark on both leadouts that’s almost 1/4 long. I had the cap off and everything inside looks very clean and like new. These American Bosch MJK magnetos especially good, hot ones are getting harder to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you’ve been looking for one for a restoration here’s a very nice one.
