This is an original kerosene fuel mixer or carburetor for a small Stover throttling governor gas engine. It may fit other models or sizes so please do your homework to be sure it fits your application. It is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. Both of the needles move as they should but it needs the throttle shaft freed up which shouldn’t be a real big project. It mounts with two holes 1 15/16 inches apart on center. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. After just some minor effort this mixer should be ready to be used on an engine or put in your inventory as a spare. These original parts are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets! If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration or to replace your broken or repaired one here’s your chance. Head has damage to valve guides, they were cracked and fell apart, and also rough valve seats – but still may be serviceable. There are no valves, but it does have the original valve springs and keepers. There are no freeze breaks or any other breaks or repairs on this engine. This engine is assumed to have not been touched in over 70 years. It shows very little to no wear on gears and cams, and has lots of life left in what looks to be original bearings. The engine turns over smoothly and everything is free except for the carburetor butterfly valve. It has the original fuel tank which is VERY SOLID and almost like new, it was protected with almost an inch of grease as was most of the engine. It still has the original old growth wood mounting for the fuel tank and also the original wood skids, which shows you the amazing condition of this engine. It has an original painted logo one side, the original splash guard and a pulley. It also has the original oiler. I may have another factory FJ 5hp bolt on pulley that may go with it. This is an original 1912 International Harvester Engine Operator’s Guide book that is in very good condition. The piece is 6″ tall by 4″ wide and is in good condition with no missing, faded, or written on pages. The guide is 72 pages in length with many pictures, diagrams, and detailed instructions on parts. It goes into detail about stationary engines and even shows a Titan kerosene tractor made by International Harvester. I acquired this along with many other farm catalogs, brochures, and sale literature from an estate near Ackley, Iowa. These were all inside a box in an attic and had not see light in over 50 years. I will be listing the other piece in the next couple of days. A good piece for a collection. This is an extremely hard to find original kerosene manifold heat shield for an International Harvester H or W-4 tractor. It is in good condition with some solid repairs by the mounting holes. These could be dressed down a bit and are pretty hard to notice on the outside. It mounts with two holes about 9 7/8 inches apart on center. These original manifold heat shields are really tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and I don’t think anyone is reproducing them so if you’ve been looking for one for an authentic restoration here’s a pretty decent one. Fuller Johnson 7 HP Model K Kerosene Gas Engine. Barn fresh (I sprayed some oil on the parts to keep them free, and pulled the head off to look in the cylinder). Rare big engine found in the desert – very little rust. Slow running engine, 400 Max RPM. Engine is stuck, but looks to be barely stuck, the cylinder looks very nice, and everything else is free. Magneto is also free. Has old repair on the head that looks to be well done and could be cleaned up so its not there. Has a broken rocker arm, I ha ve the broken piece, but it is pretty pitted up (I found it in the hopper) , I will include it , it might be able to be repaired and add some character. Comes with original rare magneto – took magneto off, it has magnetism and sparks – a huge plus. Has Original Fuel tank, looks to be in good shape – But I have NOT inspected it. On ORIGINAL WOOD skids (rotten part of skids cut off). Will need to be free’d up (piston) and some things like babbit bearings on the connecting rod, throttle rod, and other various work.
