This is an extremely hard to find original Webster magneto ignitor bracket for a Alamo, Rock Island, Empire, Cockshutt, Moline, or other Alamo-built hit and miss gas engine. It should fit the 2 1/2 through 12hp engines but please measure your engine to be sure it will work for you. It is bracket number 303K18 and seems to be in good shape with and old solid repair as can be seen. It will need to be rebuilt or at least reassembled before it can be used. It seems to be very solid and should be a pretty straightforward project. It mounts with two holes 2 3/4 inches apart on center and the magneto mounts on a 2 x 2 inch hole pattern. The movable electrode moves nicely with very little wear and the pics show the condition of the points (one will need to be renewed). The advance/retard lever and roller move just as they should with only slight wear on the roller. After the addition of a few minor parts and some attention this should be a good, usable ignitor. If you need an Alamo/Rock Island ignitor bracket for any reason here is a pretty decent one. The pictures tell the story. It would also make a great spare on the shelf.

This is a pair of original governor weights for a Gade hit and miss gas engine at least I’m pretty sure they’re Gade… If not please educate me! They are in great shape with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. There is one casting flaw that doesn’t affect anything. The governor weights are about 6 long and about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. They are about 4 1/4 inches deep. The leg that goes into the governor collar is about 2 1/8 inches long with a 5/16″ pivot hole and is about 5/8″ thick. The pictures tell the story. These original parts are quite tough to find so if you’ve been looking for some don’t miss your chance on these. They would also make great spares on the shelf.

Here is an old starting torch for a hot bulb oil engine. The pump seems to be build some pressure but I would assume this torch would need to be gone through before use. This is a very nice original and very hard to find cast iron starting crank for a Desjardin orJulien hit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It fits on a 2 or 2 1/16″ inch crankshaft as it has a 2 1/8″ hole and will work to start many engines but it came from the factory with a Desjardin or Julien engine. The starting lug is in great shape. It is ready to go to work starting an engine! These cranks are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you need one to complete a restoration here it is. It would surely make starting your engine easier! This is a rather hard to find original ignitor for a Fairbanks Morse T vertical hit and miss or throttle-governed gas engine. It is in as found condition from an old collector’s estate. It looks to be in good condition with the exception of a crack in the body around the stationary electrode which can clearly be seen in the photos.
