Believe this is not a kit. It was completely built. Please look at pictures this is an amazing tractor. This tractor runs off alcohol. Fill brass canister(which has a wick in it) and light wick on other end. Shift into gear and watch move.. Very unique and all machined. I received this in trade and do not know anything about it. It swivels in the middle to turn. I have had it running a couple of times but after about 5 minutes running it looses compression and all I had to do was take the head off and oil the valve and then it would work for a while. I’m guessing the valves just need a little work. The Engine shroud is homemade and corroded through in various places but I believe you can get a new shroud made by a company in OH. It has an oliver plow. Everything works on it mechanically. This is a really neat rare item that would be great to take to engine shows. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions! This is an extremely nice original and VERY hard to find Kingston 5-Ball brass carburetor for an early car, tractor, truck, or other engine. It likely had several applications in the early industrial world. Please do your homework to be sure it is the correct carburetor for your tractor or project. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of except for the drain cock on the bowl. It has a 1 1/4 inch intake and 1 inch pipe threads by the throttle opening. The throttle shaft has no noticeable wear. The balls seem to move as they should and I’d say after some minor cleaning that this carburetor is ready to be used or put on the shelf for a spare. Carburetors like this don’t turn up very often so if you need one for any reason don’t miss your chance on it. It would be a great way to complete an authentic restoration. The whistle has not been tested. When you operate the trip lever you can se the valve open and close. There are wrench tooth marks on the nuts. The sound chamber is pretty clean. The brass has accumulated a lot of patina over the years. The whistle is approximately 14 tall. The sound chamber is 3 1/2 in diameter.
