Domestic 4 hp side-shaft, throttle governed engine. Had running about two years ago, however, tried starting it today and it only ran for about 4-5 rotations before stopping. Seems to be the carburetor as being the problem. Magneto was restored with new coils and produces a good spark. One flywheel has a repaired crack at hub, brazen was taken out and re-welded with nickel.
