This is a real nice original air cooled, flat belt driven air compressor. I believe it is a Richmond Standard made in Indiana as it looks a lot like their engines and has the same type of casting numbers. If it isn’t please educate me. It has very ornate legs and is in excellent original condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs and still has some original paint on it. It is stuck but I doubt very bad as it’s lived inside it’s entire life. It measures about 20 1/2 inches tall and 23 inches long. It has 18 inch diameter flywheels. It would be a great start to convert into a gas engine as all of the big parts are there! It would also be a great compressor to make air to start the larger engines. The pictures tell the story. I can deliver this to Portland, IN, or Coolspring, PA, or Baraboo, WI, later this year for free. Unique old compressors like this don’t turn up very often so don’t miss it.
