For your consideration is an original International Harvester, IHC, McCormick Deering model M Igniter. The shaft moves as it should. The 1/2 bolts are 2-1/2 on center. The cylinder area that goes in the engine is about 1-5/8 diameter 1-3/8 long. The end cart that holds the shaft is broke and missing the piece.
