There are 3 small removable bolts in the hopper section. There was a green plastic funnel mounted on this grinder but that funnel was old plastic and had various cracks in it. That funnel is not included but I can send photos of it.

Note: One of the mounting cast iron base brackets is broken off, but is shown & included in the photos. Of course this can be repair welded. Flat pulley on the end has a 3-1/4″ wide face and is approx 5″ diameter. Overall, Approx 8-1/4 inches tall. And approx 10-1/2 inches long from the edge of the flat drive pulley to the burr plates adjuster on the other end of the shaft.

This is a pretty nice original and very unusual cast iron pulley for a hit and miss gas engine, corn sheller, or other belt driven piece of machinery. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It has a 6 3/4 inch face and is 11 inches in diameter. It mounts with 3 holes on an irregular pattern of 7 7/8, 7 3/8, and 6 15/16 inches on center. It has cast legs to bottom out flat on a surface. It will fit on any engine with an adapter plate and would work great on a freelance project! These original cast iron pulleys are rather tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets. If you’ve been looking for one to complete a restoration or to belt drive a project here’s your chance. This one is ready to be put to work or put into your inventory for a spare. Nice original IHC McCormick Deering No. 2 two-roll husker shredder. This is the smallest husker shredder IHC built. It is in good, mostly barn fresh condition. These machines remove ear corn from dried stalks and elevate the cobs to a crib and shred the stalks for fodder and blow them into a barn or pile. We used it a few years ago and it works great. The sales literature says it can be pulled by a 8-10hp engine or small tractor. It retains some original paint, decals, and lettering as can be seen. It includes the original elevator tray. It will need belts made for it as the belts in the pictures were needed for our machine. It has a little deterioration on the back end of the shelled corn shaker screen but this doesn’t affect its operation and could easily be remedied if you so choose. The paper pulleys are in great shape and this machine should be ready to be used again. There aren’t too many of these small husker shredders turning up in the wild anymore and they’re great working displays at the shows! This machine is located near Belgium, WI, and we will help load. In great shape with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except the rooster comb for the adjuster which shouldn’t be an issue and is hard to notice. Rolls nicely with minimal bearing wear and has a good amount of original paint, lettering, and decorations on it. It also gives the rated speeds for 3, 4, and 6hp engines which I haven’t seen before. It grinds as it should according to the previous owner and should be ready to go to the shows for you. It’s getting tougher to find original implements like this with each passing year!! Here’s a real nice farm fresh Sprout Waldron stone grist mill. It is in excellent original condition with minimal wear and turns as it should. It has some original paint and decal on it along with the brass builder’s tag. It is complete with all knobs and only needs a belt for the shaker to be used. It would make a great display running with an engine or small tractor as people like to see activity…. And you could sell ground corn. It is about 20 x 60 x 32 inches tall so it is a nice small size. This is a very nice original 12 inch clutch type pulley for a cream separator, corn sheller, grinder, or other piece of belt driven machinery. It is in excellent, slightly used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It has most of it’s original paint and pinstriping on it yet as can be seen. It measures about 12 inches in diameter with a 2 1/2 inch face. It has a 3/4 inch bore and room enough to bore it larger if needed. Everything seems to work as it should. This type of pulley allows the used to leave the engine belted up to the implement without removing the belt. It is also large enough to run the implement at a low speed with a small pulley on the engine basically replacing the hand crank on the implement. It uses a handscrew to put pressure from the wooden blocks to the cast iron clutch disc. These clutches are extremely tough to find in the wild ore even at swap meets! This one is ready to be put to work on an engine or put into your inventory for a future project. The pictures tell the story.
