Brass Model Hit And Miss Engine 5-1/4 Inch Flywheels Needs A New Home

Hello All and thanks for stopping by. Up for sale/offers here is a model hit and miss engine. It appears that this engine is cast all in brass and a lot of work went into this little beauty. Flywheels are about 5 and 1/4 inches in diameter. He finally got to this one and after a lot of tinkering, he has it running. He converted this little engine to propane as camp fuel was very tricky to find the right mix he said. Engine starts and runs, but it could use even more tinkering to make it better. It needs “refining” as my dad says. We both feel it would be better off in a home where it will be appreciated. Engine looks to be high quality. I will entertain all offers, the worst I will do is politely decline. Thank you for looking! This is an amazing piece and is very well built. It is a great runner but has not been run in 10 years. Takes an external coil and battery for spark. Has great compression and will just need points cleaned and minor work to get it running. This is BY FAR the nicest model engine I have ever had and over the last 40 years I have had a bunch of these! Beer not included Ha! And the carb “does” have a fuel line hook up at the bottom of the bowl. I might post a u tube vid of this running later if I get around to it. The item “Model gas engine, SUPER!
