You are looking at a 3 hp sandwich engine. It appears to have run sometime. It has some compression. The play in the babbit on the backend is about 1/8 inch from side to side. I do not see any cbws. It is pretty complete it is missing an oiler. It doesn’t come with the cart. It doesn’t have a cover for the connecting rods. It would have had a cast iron cover that is missing.
