Monitor hit and miss gas engine. I believe that this engine was manufactured somewhere around 1915. This is a VERY NICE engine. It runs really well and I sort of hate to part with it… Okay I really hate to part with it but my interests have changed and it is just sitting in my shop and not getting out to be run and shown as it should. I restored this engine several years ago and it still looks real nice and most would not consider repainting this engine if they were to have it in their collection. The engine is sitting on the original cart that is the correct cart for this engine. The cart too is in very good shape. I will point out the the muffler on this engine is a reproduction muffler that is off of a 6 h. It should have a ball type muffler. The ignition for this engine uses a buzz coil and battery. These two items are not included with the engine. If you need a buzz coil I can make one available if necessary. If you are looking for an unusual engine that runs really nice this could be the one for you. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions you might have.
